Chongjin, North Korea

Mi-RanMi-ran's story
Visiting Chongjin is a once in a lifetime experience that one should not miss. Traveling to here allows people to get the full experience of both the education and social class system in different countries. You will be able to see little children not be able to focus during class due to malnutrition, and other young students dying but still singing praises honoring our leader. In addition, you will be able to experience discrimination for generations due to your family's background. These experiences are things that you cannot see elsewhere! Come visit today and open your perspective on life! |

Oak-Hee's story
Chongjin is a great city to visit. You should come visit if you want to be segregated by gender. Since North Korea as a whole is very dominated by a patriarchal society, if you are a female who loves to have no say in the family, this city must be your destination. I was once abused by my husband, and if I pursued divorce I would have had to give up my children! How considerate of this country for lessening my responsibilities! |
Mrs. Song story
There is no place better than North Korea. Whether it be having to get up early in the morning to hike to faraway places to try to find food, or having to sell food on the black market, no other place offers such great exercise and dieting methods as North Korea. There is nothing like sleeping on an empty stomach because you could only eat three cookies each day made out of barely edible scraps. Come visit Chongjin if you need an effective diet plan! |
Kim Hyuck's story
What better place to be than Chongjin? It is the best place to practice the art of thievery. I used to steal from pear orchards, black markets, and even directly from people's hands. Chongjin has provided a strong foundation and great circumstances to hone my skills. Also, the lack of nutrition here has stunted my growth, allowing me to live longer since my body does not require as much nutrition and energy as a tall person. North Korea is filled with blessings! |
Hangzhou, China

Jiang Chen's story
Hangzhou is an amazing place to visit if you love tranquility, learning new things, and eating good food. Everyday I enjoy bike rides to and from school. Riding across town allows me to enjoy a peace of mind and see the beautiful scenery on some days when the pollution is not too bad. If I am in a good mood, I will let Chen Xiaoxi ride on the back of my bike. Being the top of my class and a future medical student, Hangzhou's educational system has facilitated my personal and professional growth. I was nominated to be class leader to lead teacher greetings and handle responsibilities like collecting class funds, but I denied because I was not interested. Not many schools in the US have student positions like that, so it is a must to visit Hangzhou to see different schooling. Lastly, one should come visit Hangzhou because of the food. Every morning Xiaoxi brings me dumplings called xiaolongbao or Chinese fried dough called youtiao for me to eat for breakfast. The food here is very appetizing, quick, and a delight you cannot get it anywhere else. |
Chen Xiaoxi's story
Why visit Hangzhou? Easy! Because Jiang Chen is here! This is the only place where one can be blessed by Jiang Chen's presence. Besides coming here for the eye candy, another aspect that tourists can look forward to is seeing the education system in China. Here we take one test at the end of high school, called the gaokao, that determines which college we will attend. Instead of studying my friends and I went to the internet cafe and almost got caught by our teacher! Thank goodness we ran away in time or else we would have been punished by writing an 1000 word self-criticism essay. Overall the gaokao is crazy stressful and extremely hard- I failed the first time- but what a thrill it is for tourists to observe! Come visit Hangzhou for an eye-opening experience! |

Searching for independence and finally stepping into maturity? Sierra Leone is the best place to nurture this transition. When you not only lose your family members but also your friends from the war, you will spend a lot of time alone and developing personally. My experiences have made me into an independent leader. Had it not been for Sierra Leon's nurturing environment, I would never have been able to become a UNICEF advocate. Book a visit today to become a better self-dependent individual like me!

I recommend Sierra Leone to anyone who likes adventure. If you enjoy living life on the edge and living in uncertainty, this place is for you. Everyday is a completely new journey and it is never predictable. This place wasn't suited for me because I felt that the uncertainty made me lose myself, but if you enjoy this feeling of suspense when you first wake up in the morning, Sierra Leone needs to be on your travel bucket list.

Sierra Leone produces the most unique people ever. I have never met people who visit New York City in the winter with no coat or people who have such a strong culture of storytelling. It's incredible hearing people's stories from Sierra Leone. If given a chance, one should definitely be sure to book a trip there. With an open heart, listen to their stories because Sierra Leonians are by far the most interesting people with great storytelling skills.

South Korea

Are you looking to get plastic surgery done? If so, I can recommend you some amazing hospitals here. I chose to get the full package (eyes, nose, lips, jaw) and I am so happy with my choice. In this country, your looks are your first chance to make an impression. Before, when I was ugly, nobody paid attention to me and I was always bullied. However, after going under the knife, I am so much happier and respected. People finally like me! If you abide by a shallow moral code in your life visiting here would be a great trip.

South Korea is the best country to visit because the drinking culture here is the best. Whereas some underclassmen hate it when their elders (upperclassmen) force them to drink, I love it! I love having to go for drinks after group projects or meetings since it is good bonding time and a good excuse to drink more. Also, if you're good looking like me, you will have it good here because everyone will be kind to you. My parents truly blessed with the most suitable traits for South Korea: high tolerance and good looks! Come visit if you are like me.

Are you pretty like me? If so, you must come visit South Korea! My looks help me have the upper hand in all group projects in school, garner the most respect from my peers, and receive special treatment in general. I'm really grateful for a natural face like mine because in South Korea, your face is your first impression. Sure, people who get plastic surgery can be pretty too, but in then end, they are cheaters. Although my personality is fake, at least my face is real. If you are a natural beauty then visit South Korea and flourish from the special treatment!
